High Desert Living Arts Center is only possible because of donations from people just like you. And all contributions to HDLAC, including membership fees, are completely tax deductible. We realize that there are other charitable organizations competing for your attention and support. But, High Desert Living Arts Center is making a real difference in the Morongo Basin. In 2005, we provided over 2400 hours of scholarship art classes to children in the Morongo Basin – and one quarter of all HDLAC students received instruction that was completely free. Many of these children would have otherwise not receive any arts education at all. The childhood education programs operated by High Desert Living Arts Center not only enrich the lives of young people today, they also invest in the future leaders of this community, and improve quality of life. Please consider making a contribution to High Desert Living Arts Center – or signing up to volunteer. As our overhead is extremely low (all our programs are run almost soley by volunteers) a yearly HDLAC membership which costs $30 can provide over 25 hours of scholarship art classes to local children.
